The studio hire secures your date.
Studio hire is included in the total guidance above and is payable when the date is secured. Because that payment represents a real cost and a lost opportunity for the photographer, it is non-refundable if you cancel.
You can reschedule with at least one week’s notice. If you have any questions before booking, ask them — a relaxed conversation is always the right place to start.
